FAQ's on everything you need to know

  • What are the colors you provide on the Organizer?
    These are the colors we provide at the moment: Tundra twillight - Light Brown or Dark Beige Viking Haze - Light Beige Copper blaze - Orange Aurora Flame - Red Nordic Wave - Ice Blue Frost Whisper - Off-White Deep Forest - Dark Green Arctic Rose - Pink Launching soon is the color Black Raven which is Black with Silver logo and Blueberry Mist which is Dark blue with Silver logo.
  • How many days does it take for my order to arrive?
    Within Norway it would normally take 2-6 working days, depending on where in the Country you are based. It will also depend on which delivery service you choose. At the checkout, you can see the delivery options we offer to your address and the estimated delivery time.
  • Are your products available internationally?
    We are shipping to Sweden and Denmark and we will be shipping to the rest of EU by the End of 2024. Whether you're located locally or abroad, you should be able to enjoy the craftsmanship and elegance of "Helen&Kristian" products. We will be continously working to open up for shipment to Countries like the US and UK througout 2025. Although there will be some countries where our distribution partners currently are unable to deliver to.
  • How long does my order stay at the access point?
    For orders delivered to an access point the "stay-time" may depend on the carrier. Please note that many carriers, for example; Postnord & Bring, has changed their "stay-time" from 14 days to 7 days. You can often extend this time in either the app or through the link provided by the carrier.
  • Do you offer Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) for the EU?
    Yes we do, Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) (VAT On E-Commerce) applies to private customers who shop at Helen & Kristian. This means that VAT is paid on purchases of items. You as a customer therefore do not have to pay VAT and Customs Fee on the items when they arrive in the EU. NOTE: There is a limit of €150 for the product to comply with IOSS Scheme, this means that if you purchase more than 1 Bag, we will send the items in several shipments, to avoid you being charged VAT for Importing a higher Value. NOTE: That the price is covered by the value of the item and not the total price.
  • What about custom fees and VAT?
    Shipping to the EU, prices shown on the website include VAT and taxes. When International shipment is ready in 2025, this will apply: All shipments to countries outside of Europe will be sent by Bring, Postnord or UPS and you will receive a tracking number by e-mail. The consumer is responsible for paying any customs fees/taxes for shipments outside of EU. VAT or import fees are determined at local customs and are out of our control. As such, the customer will always have to pay any and all applicable VAT fees.
  • How much is the Shipping cost?
    We follow the pricelist of the Shipping companies. The shipping price will vary depending on your postal code and Country. Please see the price at checkout.
  • What happens if I don’t pick up my package?
    If you don’t pick up your package, it will be returned to us as an uncollected package. In this case, you will be charged 200 NOK for all costs incurred by an uncollected package.
  • How do I make a return internationally?
    For customers outside of Norway the return shipping cost is paid by the customer. Always register your return with our customer support at hello@helenkristian.com before sending items back. Please provide us with the order number and the item that you wish to return. If returned items are shipped internationally, clearly mark the package RETURNED GOODS to avoid any customs charges. Always make sure that the products are in the same condition as when you got them. The initial shipping cost will not be refunded. It is the responsibility of the customer that the return reaches our warehouse so we highly recommend sending it with transportation which offers tracking. Returns to pick up point is not accepted. Make sure it is delivered to the warehouse address.   • Do you offer free returns?
    Yes, within Norway, since we are so sure you will like our product, we do offer free returns.
  • How many days is your return policy?
    You have 30 days to return an order after receiving it. If 30 days have gone by, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
  • How do I return an item within Norway?
    Returns within Norway We have a 30-day return policy, meaning that you have to return your product/s within 30 days after receiving your order. We will pay for the return shipment, since we are so sure you will love the product. Please ask for your return in our Return portal which you can find here Postnord If your package is delivered with Postnord you will receive a return label with your order to attach to your return package. 1. Simply pack your goods similar to how you received them. 2. Attach the return label to your package. 3. Hand over your package to your closest post office. After we have received the parcel we will make a refund as soon as possible and send you a confirmation email. Please note that it may take 2-3 bank days for your money to be visible in your bank account. Bring If your package is delivered with Bring you will receive a return label with your order to attach to your return package. 1. Simply pack your goods similar to how you received them. 2. Attach the return label to your package. 3. Hand over your package to your closest post office.
  • Can I make a free color exhange?
    Helen & Kristian cannot administrate exchanges of purchased items. But we give you the opportunity to change color one time during the 30 first days if you live in Norway. If you want to change the product, return your product as described above and then place a new order in our shop. You will be refunded for the old bag and you will not be charged for the shipping costs on the return or the new shipment.
  • How will I get refunded?
    A: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  • When will I receive my refund
    Once your returning package has been received at our warehouse, it is processed and inspected before we proceed in approving or disapproving the respective return. The product(s) must be sent back within 14 days of receiving it. However, it is not an issue if it is received at our warehouse after this period. It must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact - and still in the same new condition as when the product was received. If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued for your order. Once a refund is issued on our system, you can expect it to be visible in your account within 2-5 business days. Please note that campaigns or holidays can delay the processing of your refund. Should you have any questions regarding this, do not hesitate to contact us at hello@helenkristian.com
  • Have you received my return?
    Once your returning package has been received at our warehouse, it is processed and inspected before we proceed in approving or disapproving the respective return. We appreciate your understanding that, although we work as quickly as possible, it is possible that this process may take 1-3 business days to complete.
  • How many days is your Open Purchase
    Since we are so sure You will love the product, we are giving you a 30 days Open purchase instead of the normal 14 days.
  • Is my package insured?
    All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from the Helen & Kristian's warehouse to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.
  • Can I ship my order to a Post Office Box, APO, or FPO address?
    Unfortunately we cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO, FPO or freight forwarding addresses.
  • How do I cancel my order?
    You can not cancel your order yourself but in some cases, we can help you. The order can only be canceled before it has been shipped and before our warehouse has started working with the order. After that, we cannot guarantee a cancellation. When the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If you have requested a cancellation after the order has been shipped, you must return it for a refund instead. Please contact customer service for assistance.
  • How do I track my order?
    As soon as your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can click on the tracking number on this e-mail to view your shipment’s progress. To track an order from Posten, please wait for the link that is provided for you through SMS. You can also easily follow your order on its way to you, by entering your tracking number at the courier’s website.
  • I´ve added the incorrect shipping address, how do I change it?
    You must contact our customer care team to change your shipping address. The shipping address can only be changed before the order has shipped. Unfortunately, you cannot update your shipping address yourself after the order has been placed.
  • Does the billing address have to be the same as the delivery address?
    No, you can choose to have different addresses for shipping and billing.
  • I have received a defect item, what should I do?
    Our deepest apologies if you have received a defective item. Email us at hello@helenkristian.com with clear photos of the faulty item. Describe your errand and we will help you shortly!
  • My order has been canceled, why?
    Either this is because you have a sold-out item that could not be packed and we have had to refund you instead. Or it could be due to an error in the address where you've used too many characters or an incorrect format. In that case, you have to make a new purchase and try to enter the address differently.   • What currency will I be charged in?
    Helen & Kristian can only be purchased in NOK but you can view the price in your preferred currency. Choose between NOK, USD, EUR, GBP, SEK and DKK in the top menu. Payments are made with KLARNA, VIPPS or by card through STRIPE. If you're using an international bank outside of Norway you will be charged with your local currency with the latest currency conversion.
