We collect personal data directly from you when you create a customer account or make a purchase on the website. What Do We Need From You?

When purchasing goods on Helenkristian.com, you must register your name, address, valid email address, and postal code. This information is stored with us.

We send newsletters from Helen&Kristian. Newsletters are only sent to customers who have given us permission to communicate with them via email and/or SMS. The payment service providers on Helenkristian.com are Credittcard, Vipps and Klarna.

The legal basis for this collection of personal data is that it is necessary for us to fulfill our obligations under the purchase agreement, in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act. If the information is not provided, we cannot fulfill our obligations, and we will have to refuse the purchase. Processing is necessary to safeguard Helenkristian.com and our customers' legitimate interest in assessing, developing, and improving products, services, and systems.

Helenkristian.com through Kristian Gabler Coacing AS is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal data to third parties without your consent unless it is necessary to process your order or send the item(s) to you. Your personal data may be shared with and processed by our selected partners, such as platform providers and social media, for the aforementioned purposes. A third party is a business that processes personal data on our behalf, with whom we have entered into a data processing agreement to maximize customer security. We use payment solutions from Stripe, Klarna and Vipps, which require certain information to complete the transaction. By using these payment solutions, you agree to the terms of the payment intermediary and our purchase terms. We do not store your card number. All card transactions and payment transactions are processed externally by authorized providers. If you choose Klarna Installment, you must register with Klarna and agree that Klarna conducts a credit check on you.

Helt Hjem, Posten, Bring, and PostNord transport goods from us to you. When you order items for delivery from us, you agree to the terms of Helt Hjem, Posten, Bring, and PostNord and our purchase terms. Our purchase terms can be found on Helenkristian.com/termsofsale.

To maintain an up-to-date, user-friendly, and secure website, we use a digital partner. This partner is WIX.  WIX has access to our platforms and servers, meaning they have access to personal data left on Helenkristian.com. Our partnership agreement with the provider ensures that personal data left on Helenkristian.com is not misused.

Storage, Modification, and Deletion of Personal Data

Personal data we have received from you or obtained in other ways will only be retained as long as we need to keep it. The data will then be securely deleted from our database. Personal data related to order history is retained to fulfill our obligations to keep accounting records (typically 5 years) and to ensure your rights for warranty and complaint on products you have purchased from us.
