Shipping Policy for Helen&Kristian

Welcome to Helen&Kristian. Below is our shipping policy to help you understand how we handle shipping for your purchases.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order within Norway, will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The delivery times are estimates and can vary:

• Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days

• Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Free delivery over NOK 2,500 only applies in Norway.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside of Norway. (We are working on the possibility to ship to the EU and the UK before the end of 2024. We are also considering countries outside the European Union.)

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
